The Micro pro engineer helped us to reconfigure our IT system for our small company. Whilst we only have three computers, James and his team took time to understand what we needed, helped us create the most cost effective solution and then moved everything from the old systems without a hitch. we have found their maintenance to be excellent and they are very proactive in anticipating problems (for example, sometime before the upgrade, James noticed that the hard drive on one of our computers was close to crashing. Dear Sirs
This is just a short note to express my and my husband's gratitute for the great job which James did for us last week in connecting our two computers to the cable broadband service to which we had just subscribed with Virgin Media.
